But this was no typical week at the club–I was working with black comics. I won’t say African-Americans being that one of them said he was from Atlanta and the other from New York. Really, they never mentioned Africa.

I get picked for these types of weeks because I started doing stand-up at a jazz club on St. Clair. It was the equivalent of doing a show in the Superdome after Katrina. I bombed for months but eventually I figured out how to survive. Trust me, it’s fun to do these shows. I’ve opened for Bruce Bruce, Bill Bellamy and many others. Often times, I’m the only white person in the room who isn’t a waitress. I feel good when I do well in these situations because a black comic once told me “All black folks have three relatives that are way funnier than you.”

If I could complain about anything it would be this. Black headliners will NOT get offstage when they are supposed to. They ALWAYS go over. I would also like to ask all black people to leave early for the show so they make it before the show starts. Walking in 40 minutes late is just plain silly. It is also the reason Kramer went berzerk. If those brothers would have been a tad more punctual it would have never went down like that. Don’t think I condone Kramer’s actions. I’ve never blurted out the N word in hate except that one time my truck got broken into. I recognize you can’t do that or be that way. Besides white people are corny. Black people are way more fun and entertaining.

For a minute white boys were hot. Justin Timberlake and Eminem we were all the rage! But we suck again. It’s just not looking good for white people. For crying out loud, Reba is still on the air. Who are the peckerwoods that are watching this shit? Don’t even get me started on Rascal Flatts. He’s made millions last year. If you go on youtube the best videos star black people. I’ve been obsessed with this one for a month and now it’s taking off.

GOODGOOGLYMOOGALLY!!! I love it. As great as it is, it has been improved upon. Check this out.

LAWDY LAWD!! That shit was hot! And the cat was black. But it gets better. This song is awesome.

This is rapidly moving to my top 25 on my ipod. Black people are running the rap game. As it should be. Here’s the kind of shit white people have to offer.
